Unsupported answers
What is it?
Conclusions the governed sources do not authorize the experience to make.
The resolver does not predict an accommodation outcome, invent missing policy, or treat a manager as the final decision-maker when the governed sources do not support those conclusions.
This refusal boundary is part of the answer: it keeps a useful next action separate from an unsupported outcome.
Organizational Reality
A person asks for a yes-or-no answer. The available sources support a next step, but they do not support the final conclusion.
The organization can still be helpful, but it must resist presenting an unsupported outcome as if it were authorized guidance.
Why it happens
This commonly happens because people ask for conclusions before the organization has enough governed support. The responsible answer may be a boundary plus a next action, not a prediction.
